EXPERIENCE: Over 16 Years Building and Renovating in Florida

EMSS, Inc. was established on 1997 as a Florida Corporation and is the Owner of the Utopia Fine Homes Trademark. We have spent the past 15 years priding ourselves on the quality of our workmanship while keeping an eye on value for our clients.

When choosing a builder, keep in mind that to truly understand the renovation process, a builder should have experience in New Construction as this gives the builder experience in how and why building components are the way they are and how well they will last through the test of time. It also goes for New Construction. If you choose a builder with no renovation experience, that builder will not fully understand what happens to the new components over time.

With Utopia Fine Homes, we have experience in both New Construction and Renovations.

While the smallest home that we have built is 3,376 sq. ft., we welcome the opportunity to build or renovate smaller homes and in fact most of our renovations are on smaller homes from 1,800 to 2,600 sq. ft.

Local Builder: Hire a builder from Tampa, and how often do you think he/she is going to be at the site? So ask yourself, if you lived 1 1/2 to 2 hours away each way from a site, what would your goal be, to be at the site as often as you could or as little as you could? We are local.
